五运六气理论指导下的《本草崇原》中药药效分析

摘　　要：《本草崇原》为清代医家张志聪所著,由其弟子高世栻续成,该书以《神农本草经》为要旨,以简练通俗之语言,运用五运六气之理诠释《神农本草经》药物233种。五运六气学说可以阐发六气致病理论,推演出气化之理及病机之变,系统论述中医治疗整体观的治疗用药规则,扩大了中医理论的范畴,有力地促进了中医理论的发展。文章以窥斑全貌的笔法,通过对秦艽、丹参、肉苁蓉、款冬花、当归传统的药效进行探讨,启发当今学者对中医药精神原髓之注意及挖掘。Bencao Chongyuan was written by ZHANG Zhi-cong,a doctor in the Qing dynasty,and continued to be completed by his disciple GAO Shi-shi.The book took Shen Nong’s Classic of the Materia Medica as the gist,and used the theory of five movements and six qi to interpret 233 kinds of drugs in Shen Nong’s Classic of the Materia Medica as with concise and popular language.The theory of five movements and six qi can elucidate the theory of six qi pathogenesis,deduce the theory of qi transformation and the changes of pathogenesis,systematically discuss the therapeutic medication rules of the holistic view of TCM treatment,which expands the scope of TCM theory and effectively promote the development of TCM theory.Based on the whole picture of the spot,this paper discusses the traditional pharmacological effects of Gentianae Macrophyllae Radix,Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Cistanches Herba,Farfarae Flos,Angelicae Sinensis Radix,so as to inspire current scholars to pay attention to and excavate the spiritual essence of traditional Chinese medicine.
