感觉统合训练对全面性发育迟缓儿童行为发育的影响

摘　　要：目的分析感觉统合训练对全面性发育迟缓儿童康复效果的影响。方法选取2018年1月-2019年12月就诊于潍坊市妇幼保健院儿童康复科诊断为全面性发育迟缓的96例儿童作为研究对象。对照组(n=46)给予常规康复训练,观察组(n=50)在常规康复训练的基础上联合感觉统合训练,运用感觉统合评定量表以及Gesell发育诊断量表评估两组儿童发育行为。结果治疗后,观察组个人社交、大运动、语言、精细操作、适应性方面均较治疗前提高(P<0.05);且观察组各项评分结果均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组感觉统合能力评分均较治疗前提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且评分结果高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论感觉统合训练不仅能提高全面性发育迟缓儿童的感觉统合能力,并且能提高其个人社交、大运动、语言、精细操作、适应性方面的能力,提高全面性发育迟缓儿童的康复效果,对改善预后有重要意义。Objective To analyze effect of sensory integration training on rehabilitation of children with total growth retardation.Methods The paper chose 96 children diagnosed as general stunting from January 2018 to December 2019 in Child Rehabilitation Department of Weifang City Maternal and Child Health Hospital as study subjects.Control group(n=46)was treated with routine rehabilitation training,and observation group(n=50)with sensory integration training on the basis of routine rehabilitation training.Development behavior of children between two groups was evaluated with sensory integration assessment scale and Gesell development diagnosis scale.Results After treatment,individual social interaction,big movement,language,fine operation and adaptability of observation group was improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05);scores in observation group were higher than control group(P<0.05).After treatment,scores of sensory integration ability in observation group were significantly higher than before treatment(P<0.05),and higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Sensory integration training can improve sensory integration ability of children with overall growth retardation,and abilities in personal communication,big movement,language,fine operation and adaptability,and rehabilitation effect,which is of great significance for improving prognosis.
