摘  要:光路由器作为实现信号传输与数据交换的基本元器件,被广泛应用于片上光互连网络中。二维光路由器可以有效降低系统复杂度,并且可以满足片上光互连网络中多种拓扑结构对路由的需求。因此,提出一种基于单个微环谐振器的小尺寸、低损耗二维光路由器方案。所提方案仅采用单个微环谐振器,即可实现二维的路由切换。该二维光路由器的最大串扰为-11.65 dB,尺寸仅为100μm×65μm,具有结构简单、尺寸小等优势,可被广泛应用于信号处理系统、通信系统和互联系统中。As a basic component of signal transmission and data exchange,the optical router is widely used in the onchip optical interconnection network.The twodimensional optical router can effectively reduce the complexity of the system and meet the routing requirements of onchip optical interconnection networks with various topologies.Therefore,a smallsize and lowloss twodimensional optical router based on a single microring resonator is proposed.The proposed scheme can realize twodimensional routing switching by using only one microring resonator.The twodimensional optical router has a maximum crosstalk of-11.65 dB and a size of only 100μm×65μm.It has the advantages of simple structure and small size,and can be widely used in signal processing systems,communication systems,and interconnection systems.
