摘  要:OFP(OVATE Family Protein)在植物调控响应逆境过程有重要作用。本研究基于核桃全基因组数据对其OPF基因家族成员进行筛选鉴定,并对其成员结构进行生物信息分析,同时对该家族成员进行时空转录水平分析。结果表明,核桃OFP基因家族包含21个成员,编码21条蛋白,均为亲水性蛋白;均含有典型的DUF623结构域;系统进化发现,该基因家族成员分为4个亚组。冷胁迫后经转录组分析,21个成员对冷胁迫均具有不同程度的响应,并在不同组织中存在特异性表达。本研究为进一步解析核桃OPF基因家族成员在响应冷胁迫过程中的分子机制提供了理论支撑。OFP plays an important role in plant regulation and response to stress in this study, the members of the OFP gene family were screened out of the whole genome of walnut, and the bioinformatics analysis of the structure of the members was carried out. At the same time, the transcription levels of the family members were analyzed under cold stress at different times and in different tissues. The results showed that the walnut OFP gene family contained 21members, encoding 21 proteins, that were all hydrophilic.The proteins all contained a typical DUF623 domain. The members were divided into 4 subgroups phylogenetically. The transcriptome data showed that 21 members responded to different degrees of cold stress at different times, and were expressed in different tissues. The results of this study will provide theoretical support for further analysis of the molecular mechanism of walnut OPF gene family members in response to chilling stress and growth and development.
