复方丙酸氯倍他索软膏联合雷公藤多苷片治疗手足角化性湿疹的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨复方丙酸氯倍他索软膏联合雷公藤多苷片治疗手足角化性湿疹的效果。方法:选取2020年1月-2022年6月于江苏大学附属人民医院皮肤科门诊就诊的117例手足角化性湿疹患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方式分为联合组、雷公藤多苷组、软膏组。联合组给予复方丙酸氯倍他索软膏联合雷公藤多苷片治疗;雷公藤多苷组给予雷公藤多苷片口服治疗;软膏组给予复方丙酸氯倍他索软膏治疗。比较三组治疗效果、复发情况、不良反应发生率。结果:联合组治疗总有效率高于雷公藤多苷组和软膏组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);雷公藤多苷组和软膏组治疗有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);联合组痊愈率高于雷公藤多苷组和软膏组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组复发率低于雷公藤多苷组和软膏组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。雷公藤多苷组和软膏组复发率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。三组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:复方丙酸氯倍他索软膏联合雷公藤多苷片治疗手足角化性湿疹的效果显著,能改善患者皮损症状,且复发率低,安全性高。Objective:To explore the effect of Compound Clobetasol Propionate Ointment combined with Tripterygium Wilfordii Polyglycoside Tablets on treating keratinized eczema of hands and feet.Methods:A total of 117 patients with keratinized eczema of hands and feet in Outpatient Department of Dermatology,Affiliated People’s Hospital of Jiangsu University between January2020 and June 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into combination group,Tripterygium Wilfordii Polyglycoside group and ointment group.The combination group was treated with Compound Clobetasol Propionate Ointment combined with Tripterygium Wilfordii Polyglycoside Tablets;Tripterygium Wilfordii Polyglycoside group was treated with Tripterygium Wilfordii Polyglycoside orally;the ointment group was treated with Compound Clobetasol Propionate Ointment.The therapeutic effect,curing rate,recurrence and occurrence of adverse reactions in three groups were compared.Results:The effective rate of treatment in the combination group was higher than that in the Tripterygium Wilfordii Polyglycoside group and ointment group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the effective rates of treatment between Tripterygium Wilfordii Polyglycoside group and ointment group(P>0.05).The curing rate in the combination group was higher than that in the Tripterygium Wilfordii Polyglycoside group and ointment group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate in the combination group was lower than that in the Tripterygium Wilfordii Polyglycoside group and ointment group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the recurrence rate between Tripterygium Wilfordii Polyglycoside group and ointment group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compound Clobetasol Propionate Ointment combined with Tripterygium Wilfordii Polyglycoside Tablets
