蒲地蓝消炎口服液联合泼尼松治疗亚急性甲状腺炎的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨蒲地蓝消炎口服液联合泼尼松治疗亚急性甲状腺炎的效果。方法:选取2018年6月-2021年6月澧县人民医院收治的100例亚急性甲状腺炎患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为试验组与对照组,各50例。对照组给予传统泼尼松单一治疗,试验组给予小剂量泼尼松与蒲地蓝消炎口服液联合治疗。比较两组甲状腺功能、治疗效果、不良反应发生情况、生活质量评分、血沉正常时间。结果:治疗前,两组促甲状腺激素(TSH)、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT_(3))、游离甲状腺素(FT_(4))水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组TSH、FT_(3)、FT_(4)水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组心理、生理、社会评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组心理、生理、社会评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组血沉正常时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对亚急性甲状腺炎采用泼尼松与蒲地蓝消炎口服液联合治疗的效果显著,能快速恢复患者血沉以及甲状腺功能,安全性高。Objective:To explore the effect of Pudilan anti-inflammatory oral liquid combined with prednisone in the treatment of subacute thyroiditis.Methods:From June 2018 to June 2021,100 patients with subacute thyroiditis who were admitted to Lixian People’s Hospital were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into experimental group and control group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional prednisone alone,and the experimental group was treated with low-dose prednisone and Pudilan anti-inflammatory oral liquid.The thyroid function,treatment effect,occurrence of adverse reactions,quality of life score and normal time of erythrocyte sedimentation were compared between two groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of thyroid-stimulating hormone(TSH),free triiodothyronine(FT_(3))and free thyroxine(FT_(4))between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of TSH,FT_(3) and FT_(4) in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in psychological,physiological and social scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the psychological,physiological and social scores in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The normal time of erythrocyte sedimentation in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of prednisone and Pudilan antiinflammatory oral liquid is more
