四妙丸加减联合中药贴脐治疗小儿盗汗症的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:分析四妙丸加减联合中药贴脐治疗小儿盗汗症的临床效果。方法:选取2020年9月-2022年3月江苏省盐城市响水县中医院收治的50例盗汗症患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各25例。对照组给予中药贴脐治疗,观察组给予四妙丸加减联合中药贴脐治疗。比较两组治疗效果、中医证候评分、不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组中医证候评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组中医证候评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:四妙丸加减联合中药贴脐治疗小儿盗汗症的临床效果显著,可改善患儿临床症状,减少不良反应。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of modified Simiao pill combined with naval paste of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of night sweating in children.Methods:A total of 50 children with night sweating who were admitted to Xiangshui County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Yancheng City of Jiangsu Province from September 2020 to March2022 were selected as the study subjects.The children were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with modified Simiao pill combined with naval paste of traditional Chinese medicine and the control group was treated with naval paste of traditional Chinese medicine.The treatment effect,TCM syndrome score,and occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of TCM syndrome scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of modified Simiao pill combined with naval paste of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of night sweating in children is significant,which can improve the clinical symptoms and reduce adverse reaction of children.
