摘　　要：目的:探讨应用精益六西格玛理论对地市级三甲医院小儿日间手术进行标准化护理管理的效果。方法:选取德阳市人民医院收治的485例日间手术患儿作为研究对象,将2021年1-8月预约和手术的233例患儿作为对照组,实施常规护理管理;2021年9月-2022年4月预约和手术的252例患儿作为观察组,应用精益六西格玛理论实施标准化护理管理。比较两组护理质量的过程指标以及结果指标。结果:观察组疼痛评估准确率、术前肠道准备合格率、病情变化识别率、患方健康教育知晓率、对患儿的关爱与交流满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患方健康教育满意度、患儿出院准备率、随访完成率、整体满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于精益六西格玛理论的标准化护理管理能够保障小儿日间手术安全与护理质量,从而提升病房护理工作效率,提升患方就医体验。Objective:To explore the effect of standardized nursing management for pediatric day surgery in Grade A tertiary hospital at municipal level by applying Lean Six Sigma theory.Methods:A total of 485 children with day surgery in Deyang People’s Hospital were selected as the study subjects,among them 233 children with appointment and surgery from January 2021to August 2021 were selected as the control group,and routine nursing management was implemented;252 children with appointment and surgery from September 2021 to April 2022 were selected as the observation group,and the Lean Six Sigma theory was applied to implement standardized nursing management.The nursing quality process indexes and outcome indexes between the two groups were compared.Results:The accuracy of pain assessment,the pass rate of preoperative intestinal preparation,the recognition rate of disease changes,the awareness rate of patient with education,and the satisfaction of care and communication with the children in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients with health education,discharge readiness rate,follow-up completion rate and overall satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The standardized nursing management of pediatric day surgery based on Lean Six Sigma theory can guarantee the safety and nursing quality of pediatric day surgery,thus improving the efficiency of ward nursing work and improving the patient’s medical experience.
