托幼儿童家长呼吸道传染病防控知识、态度、行为的调查研究

摘　　要：目的:了解朝阳区某乡托幼儿童家长呼吸道传染病防控知识知晓、态度及防护行为情况,为今后针对幼儿家庭开展突发传染病防控宣传提供可靠依据。方法:采用方便抽样方法对2021年11月24日-30日朝阳区某乡4所幼儿园的602名幼儿家长开展线上问卷调查。结果:托幼儿童家长呼吸道传染病相关知识知晓率较高,达92.4%;对呼吸道传染病防护持正确态度的比率较高,达99.6%;呼吸道传染病相关防护行为总正确率为78.35%,部分防护行为正确率较差,“外出时幼儿正确佩戴口罩”行为持有率仅有38.2%。结论:某乡托幼儿童家长基本知识知晓率普遍较高,但技能型知识略有欠缺。对幼儿家长的健康教育工作应侧重于呼吸道传染病防护技能细节知识点的宣传,增加互动性与参与性,做好针对托幼家长及幼儿的精准防控。Objective:To understand the awareness of respiratory infectious disease knowledge,attitude and protective behavior among the parents of preschool children in a township of Chaoyang District,and to provide reliable basis for implementing the prevention and control propaganda of emerging infectious diseases in children’s families in the future.Methods:Using convenient sampling method,an online questionnaire survey was conducted among 602 parents of children from 4 kindergartens in a township of Chaoyang District from November 24-30,2021.Results:The awareness rate of respiratory infectious disease knowledge among parents of preschool children was higher,accounting for 92.4%.The proportion of holding a positive attitude towards the prevention and protection of respiratory infectious disease was higher,accounting for 99.6%.The total correct rate of respiratory infectious disease related protective behaviors was 78.35%,and the correct rate of some protective behaviors was poor.The holding rate of"children wearing masks correctly when going out"behavior was only 38.2%.Conclusion:The parents of preschool children in a township generally have a higher awareness rate of basic knowledge,but lack of skill-based knowledge.Health education for parents of infants should focus on the publicity of detailed knowledge points of respiratory infectious disease protective skills,increase interactivity and participation,and perform well in precise prevention and control for parents and preschool children.
