摘 要:目的:观察鼻喷冻干流感减毒活疫苗(鼻喷流感疫苗)和四价流感病毒裂解疫苗(四价流感疫苗)的保护效果。方法:选取2020年12月-2021年3月在珠海市斗门区白藤街道办事处社区卫生服务中心预防接种门诊自愿接种鼻喷流感疫苗的50例儿童作为鼻喷流感组,将接种四价流感疫苗的50例儿童作为四价流感组,两组合为观察组,同期根据随机数字表法选取未接种流感疫苗的100例儿童作为对照组,比较三组流行性感冒(流感)发病率。结果:观察组流感发病率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);鼻喷流感组流感发病率与四价流感组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:接种流感疫苗可以预防儿童发病,对儿童起到较良好的保护效果;鼻喷流感疫苗和四价流感疫苗均能对儿童起到较好的保护效果。Objective:To observe the protective effect of nasal spray freeze-dried live attenuated influenza vaccine(nasal spray influenza vaccine)and quadrivalent inactivated split influenza vaccine(quadrivalent influenza vaccine).Methods:From December2020 to March 2021,50 children who were voluntarily vaccinated with nasal spray influenza vaccine in the vaccination outpatient department of Community Health Service Center of Baiteng Subdistrict Office in Doumen District of Zhuhai City were selected as nasal spray influenza group,and 50 children who were vaccinated with quadrivalent influenza vaccine were selected as quadrivalent influenza group.These two groups were combined into the observation group.During the same period,100 children who were not vaccinated with influenza vaccine were selected according to random number table method,as the control group.The incidence of influenza in three groups was compared.Results:The incidence of influenza in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of influenza between nasal spray influenza group and quadrivalent influenza group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Influenza vaccination can prevent the onset in children and has a good protective effect on children;Both nasal spray influenza vaccine and quadrivalent influenza vaccine can exert better protective effect in children.
