卤米松乳膏、维生素E丸联合黄体酮注射液治疗上皮性外阴白斑的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨卤米松乳膏、维生素E丸联合黄体酮注射液治疗上皮性外阴白斑的临床效果。方法:选取2020年6月-2022年6月东莞市人民医院收治的86例上皮性外阴白斑患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各43例。对照组采用卤米松乳膏涂抹治疗,观察组在对照组基础上应用维生素E丸联合黄体酮注射液治疗。比较两组临床症状评分、性功能评分、生活质量评分、治疗效果。结果:治疗前,两组瘙痒、性生活痛、皮肤弹性临床症状评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组瘙痒、性生活痛、皮肤弹性临床症状评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。治疗前,两组性功能、生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组性功能、生活质量评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。结论:卤米松乳膏、维生素E丸联合黄体酮注射液治疗上皮性外阴白斑的效果显著,可明显改善患者的临床症状、性功能和生活质量。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of halometasone cream,vitamin E pill combined with progesterone injection in the treatment of epithelial vulvar leukoplakia.Methods:A total of 86 patients with vulvar leukoplakia treated in Dongguan People’s Hospital from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the study subjects.According to random number table method,they were divided into experimental group and control group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with halometasone cream,and the observation group was treated with vitamin E pill and progesterone injection on the basis of control group.The clinical symptom scores,sexual function score,quality of life score and treatment effect in two groups were compared.Results:There were no significant differences in clinical symptom scores of pruritus,sexual pain and skin elasticity between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the clinical symptom scores of pruritus,sexual pain,and skin elasticity of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000).There were no significant differences in the scores of sexual function and quality of life between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of sexual function and quality of life of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P=0.000).Conclusion:Halometasone cream,vitamin E pill combined with progesterone injection in the treatment of epithelial vulvar leukoplakia has a significant effect,which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,sexual function and quality of life of patients.
