加味黄芪桂枝汤治疗脾胃虚寒型慢性萎缩性胃炎的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:研究加味黄芪桂枝汤治疗脾胃虚寒型慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)的效果。方法:选取2021年1-12月广州市番禺区中医院收治的27例脾胃虚寒型CAG患者作为研究对象,均采用加味黄芪桂枝汤治疗,比较患者治疗前后的病理组织积分、中医证候积分,分析患者的治疗效果。结果:治疗后,患者胃黏膜组织萎缩、肠上皮化生、活动性、病理总积分均优于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,患者痞满、胃痛、便溏、恶寒、嗳气证候积分明显优于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。27例患者使用加味黄芪桂枝汤治疗后,治疗总有效率为55.56%,治愈率为37%。结论:加味黄芪桂枝汤治疗脾胃虚寒型CAG患者的效果显著,能够有效改善患者胃黏膜病理状态,减轻患者症状,效果理想。Objective:To study the effect of modified Huangqi Guizhi Decoction in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG) of spleen-stomach deficiency cold type.Methods:From January 2021 to December 2021,27 patients with CAG of spleenstomach deficiency cold type in Guangzhou Panyu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the study subjects.They were treated with modified Huangqi Guizhi Decoction.The pathological tissue score and TCM syndrome score of patients before and after treatment were compared,and the curative effect was analyzed.Results:After treatment,the gastric mucosal tissue atrophy,intestinal metaplasia,mobility,and total pathological scores were better than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of distension and fullness,stomach pain,loose stools,aversion to cold,and belching syndrome were significantly better than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After 27 patients were treated with modified Huangqi Guizhi Decoction,the total effective rate of treatment was 55.56%,and the cure rate was 37%.Conclusion:The modified Huangqi Guizhi Decoction is significantly effective in the treatment of patients with CAG of spleen-stomach deficiency cold type.It can effectively improve the pathological state of gastric mucosa,and relieve the symptoms of patients,with ideal effect.
