平胃散加减治疗痞满验案举隅

摘　　要：痞满又可称之为胃痞,是以患者自觉心下痞塞,压之无痛,按之柔软,触之无形为主要症状的病症。临床主要以上腹部胀满不适为主要表现。由于现代人们生活水平的不断提高,精神压力也不断地增大,再加上人们饮食习惯的改变,很多人懒于运动,致使痞满的患者愈来愈多。汪龙德主任医师认为脾病多由湿邪所致,各种因素导致脾胃运化失司,进而致使湿滞中焦,气机阻滞,故见中焦痞满不适,治以平胃散加减方主之。Distention and fullness can also be called stomach distension,which is a disease characterized by the patients'conscious feeling of distension,painless pressing,soft pressing and invisible touching.The main clinical manifestation is abdominal distension and discomfort.Due to the continuous improvement of modern people's living standards,the mental pressure is also increasing,coupled with the change of people's eating habits,many people are lazy to exercise,resulting in more and more patients with distention and fullness.Supervisor WANG Longde,the chief physician,believes that spleen diseases are mostly caused by dampness,and various factors lead to the loss of spleen and stomach transportation,and then dampness in the middle-Jiao and the Qi stagnation.Therefore,the middle-Jiao is full of discomfort,and the treatment is mainly based on Modified Pingwei Powder(平胃散加减).
