摘　　要：由于影像学技术的不断发展及人们对自身健康程度认知的不断提高,低剂量CT的广泛使用使得肺结节在临床上检出率逐渐升高。肺结节的早期治疗手段不足,目前西医诊治肺结节主要根据其大小、性质、恶性程度而相应地采取观察随访、非手术活检、手术切除等手段,近年来中医在肺结节的证候、治疗及预后方面都有了一定的认识,因此我们更需要深入探索肺结节的中医发病机制、临床特征,挖掘中医药的发展潜力,从肺结节的病因病机、辨证论治、体质辨证三方面进行了综述,旨在为肺结节的早期干预治疗提供帮助,更好地发挥中医药的优势减轻患者的痛苦及经济压力。Due to the continuous development of imaging technology and the continuous improvement of people’s awareness of their own health,the widespread use of low-dose CT makes the detection rate of pulmonary nodules in clinical gradually increase.The early treatment of pulmonary nodules is insufficient.At present,Western medicine mainly adopts observation and follow-up,non-surgical biopsy,surgical resection and other means to diagnose and treat pulmonary nodules according to their size,nature and malignancy.In recent years,traditional Chinese medicine has a certain understanding of the syndrome,treatment and prognosis of pulmonary nodules.Therefore,we need to further explore the pathogenesis and clinical characteristics of pulmonary nodules in traditional Chinese medicine,and explore the development potential of traditional Chinese medicine,This article reviewed the etiology and pathogenesis of pulmonary nodules,treatment based on syndrome differentiation and physical syndrome differentiation,aiming to provide help for early intervention and treatment of pulmonary nodules,and better play the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine to alleviate patients’pain and economic pressure.
