摘　　要：冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病属中医学中“胸痹”“心痛”范畴。林钟香教授认为,胸痹病位在心,其发病与肝肾关系密切。心肝两脏相互影响、相互传变,均与气血、精神、情志活动相关,林师认为治心必调肝。胸痹为本虚标实之证,本病的发生与心肾阴阳虚衰、精血失于滋养有关,其中肾虚是关键。林师临证时注重疏肝解郁、滋补肾精、调和气血。对于胸痹以标实为主,常从肝着手,疏肝解郁,治疗以柴胡汤类方为主方,配伍养血和血之药以调和气血。林师注重顾护阴液,以益气养阴为法,创立了益气养阴类方舒心饮。年老久病患者,林师标本兼治时,更注重本虚,常从肾着手,滋肾阴、温肾阳,善用二仙汤加减调节心肾,达到水火相济、调和阴阳之效。林师辨证论治,配伍得当,临床取得良好疗效。Coronary heart disease belongs to the category of"chest obstruction"and"heartache"in traditional Chinese medicine.Professor Lin zhongxiang believes that chest obstruction is located in the heart,and its incidence is closely related to liver and kidney.Heart and liver affect each other which are related to Qi and blood,spirit and emotional activities.Professor Lin proposed to cure the heart by regulating the liver.The occurrence of this disease is related to the deficiency of heart and kidney,among which kidney deficiency is the key.Professor Lin paid attention to regulating liver,nourishing kidney and harmonizing Qi and blood.For chest obstruction to standard,the treatment is often to regulate the liver,the treatment of Bupleurum decoction as the main prescription,compatible with drugs to reconcile Qi and blood.Professor Lin established the decoction of"Shuxinyin"for nourishing Qi and Yin.When treating old patients,Professor Lin pays more attention to the deficiency,by nourishing the kidney Yin and warming the kidney Yang.He makes good use of erxian Decoction to adjust the heart and kidney,so as to achieve the effect of combining fire and water and harmonizing Yin and Yang.Professor Lin’s proper treatment has achieved good clinical results.
