健脾温肾活血法治疗糖尿病肾病的研究进展

摘　　要：通过对糖尿病肾病的中医病因病机进行讨论,探讨古代及现代中医学糖尿病肾病的辨证论治,从“脾肾亏虚,瘀血阻络”这一主要病机及本虚标实的特点切入,以健脾温肾以治本,兼活血以治标进行治疗,从而达到标本兼顾的目的。Through discussing the etiology and pathogenesis of diabetes nephropathy in traditional Chinese medicine,this paper discusses the syndrome differentiation and treatment of diabetes nephropathy in ancient and modern traditional Chinese medicine.Starting from the main pathogenesis of"deficiency of spleen and kidney,blood stasis obstructing collaterals"and the characteristics of deficiency in origin and excess in appearance,we should treat diabetes nephropathy by strengthening spleen and warming kidney to treat the root cause and activating blood to treat the symptoms,so as to achieve the goal of giving consideration to both the root cause and the symptoms.
