养阴利咽汤联合综合护理对肺部感染的干预效果

摘　　要：目的研究探讨养阴利咽汤联合综合护理对肺部感染的治疗效果。方法选取2020年1月—2021年12月医院收治的104例肺部感染的患者分为观察组、对照组,各52例。对照组以综合护理干预干预,观察组在对照组基础上增加养阴利咽汤治疗。对两组患者的细菌清除率、症状消退时间、住院时间、炎性因子水平、生活质量评分、满意度等进行统计比较。结果观察组细菌清除率均高于对照组,相比于对照组,观察组患者各项症状消退时间更快,住院时间更短(P<0.05)。相比于对照组患者,治疗后观察组超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白介素-1(IL-1)、血清降钙素原(PCT)降低幅度更为明显(P<0.05)。观察组生活质量评分和护理总满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论养阴利咽汤联合综合护理干预肺部感染的干预效果良好,能够促进患者的病情康复和症状消退,抑制患者机体的hs-CRP、IL-1、PCT等炎性因子表达,改善患者的生活质量评分,提高患者的满意度。Objective To study the therapeutic effect of Yangyin Liyan Decoction combined with comprehensive nursing on pulmonary infection.Methods 104 patients with pulmonary infection admitted to our hospital from 2020.01 to 2021.12 were divided into observation group and control group,52 patients in each group.The control group was intervened with comprehensive nursing intervention,while the observation group was treated with Yangyin Liyan Decoction on the basis of the control group.The bacterial clearance rate,symptom regression time,hospital stay,inflammatory factor level,quality of life score and nursing satisfaction of the.Results the observation group bacterial clearance rate of the was higher than that of the control group.Compared with the control group,the symptoms subsided faster and the hospital stay was shorter in the observation group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the levels of hs CRP,IL-1 and serum procalcitonin(PCT)in the observation group decreased more significantly after treatment(P<0.05).The scores of quality of life and total satisfaction of nursing in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yang Yin Li Yan Tang combined with comprehensive nursing intervention in pulmonary infection has a good effect,which can promote the recovery of patients’condition and regression of symptoms,inhibit the expression of inflammatory factors such as hs CRP,IL-1,PCT in patients’bodies,improve the quality of life score of patients,and improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing.
