穴位按摩联合穴位贴敷在减轻初次腹膜透析置管术后患者疼痛中的应用

摘　　要：目的研究初次腹膜透析置管术后患者应用穴位按摩+穴位贴敷的效果。方法数据采集医院2019年9月—2021年3月收治的60例腹膜透析置管术患者,术后“硬币分组法”分传统组(传统护理)30例,穴位组(穴位按摩+穴位贴敷)30例,两组护理效果比较分析。结果护理前比较两组舒适度、中医症状积分、疼痛程度及营养指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后与传统组比较,穴位组GCQ评分更高、中医症状积分更低;VAS评分更低、营养指标更高;穴位组有效率(96.67%)高于传统组(80.00%),(χ^(2)=4.043,P=0.043<0.05)。结论穴位按摩+穴位贴敷可提高初次腹膜透析置管术后患者的护理效果、减缓术后疼痛,值得推崇。Objective To study the effect of point massage+point application on patients after initial peritoneal dialysis catheterization.Methods Data were collected from 60 patients with peritoneal dialysis catheterization admitted to our hospital from September 2019 to March 2021.The"coin grouping method"after the operation was divided into traditional group(traditional nursing,n=30)and point group(point massage+point application,n=30).The nursing effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results There was no difference in comfort,TCM symptom score,pain degree and nutritional index between the two groups before nursing,P>0.05;After nursing,compared with the traditional group,the point group had higher GCQ score and lower TCM symptom score;Lower VAS score and higher nutritional index;The effective rate of the acupoint group(96.67%)was higher than that of the traditional group(80.00%),(χ^(2)=4.043,P=0.043,P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint massage+acupoint application can improve the nursing effect of patients after initial peritoneal dialysis catheterization and relieve postoperative pain,which is worthy of praise.
