摘 要:针对普通超疏水涂层机械性能差、易腐蚀等问题,以有机氟丙烯酸树脂和1H,1H,2H,2H-全氟癸基三甲氧基硅烷改性的纳米SiO_(2)为原料,采用喷涂法制备了多性能的有机氟丙烯酸树脂/SiO_(2)超疏水涂层,探讨纳米SiO_(2)的改性条件对改性后纳米SiO_(2)润湿性的影响。通过管道阻力实验、电化学工作站及摩擦实验评价涂层的减阻性能、防腐性能及耐磨性能。结果表明:有机氟丙烯酸树脂/SiO_(2)超疏水涂层表面为多级粗糙结构,超疏水性能良好,与玻璃基底相比,喷涂在不锈钢和铝合金基底上的超疏水涂层水接触角均略小。该涂层表面在一定流速下具有滑移现象,配比为1∶1时超疏水涂层的减阻率较高,达到24.54%。同时,分别通过极化曲线和交流阻抗分析,维钝电流密度出现较大幅度的减小,对不锈钢具有较好的防腐保护作用,涂层具有良好的耐腐蚀性。此外,涂层在不锈钢和铝合金基底上的耐磨性相对较好,经过12次磨损后仍具有超疏水性。In order to improve poor mechanical properties and easy corrosion of superhydrophobic coatings,one performance organofluoroacrylic resin/SiO_(2)superhydrophobic coating was prepared by spraying method with organofluoroacrylic resin and 1H,1H,2H,2H-perfluorodecyltrimethoxysilane modified nano-SiO_(2)as raw materials.The influence of nano-SiO_(2)modification conditions was discussed on the wet ability of modified nano-SiO_(2),and the drag reduction performance,anti-corrosion performance and wear resistance of the coating were evaluated by pipeline resistance experiment,electrochemical workstation and friction experiment.The results show that the surface of the organofluoroacrylic resin/SiO_(2)superhydrophobic coating has a multi-stage rough structure with good superhydrophobic properties,and the contact angle of the superhydrophobic coating sprayed on the stainless steel and aluminum alloy substrates is slightly smaller than that of the glass substrate.The surface of the coating has the slipping under a certain flow rate,and the drag reduction rate of the superhydrophobic coating with a ratio of 1∶1 is high,reaching 24.54%.At the same time,through the polarization curve and AC impedance analysis,the current density of the dimensional passivity decreases greatly,which has a good anti-corrosion protection effect on stainless steel,and the coating has good corrosion resistance.In addition,the coating has relatively good wear resistance on stainless steel and aluminum alloy substrates,and is still superhydrophobic after 12 cycles of friction.
