摘 要:通过在不同氧化剂用量下制备5种不同氧化程度的氧化石墨烯(GO),分别标记为GO-1、GO-2、GO-3、GO-4、GO-5;采用傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)、X射线衍射(XRD)对5种GO进行了结构表征;同时还制备了5种GO改性的水性环氧富锌涂料,并对其涂层的力学、电化学、耐盐雾等性能进行测试。探究了GO的氧化程度对涂层防腐性能的影响,结果表明GO-3体系综合性能最佳。进一步研究了GO-3及锌粉含量对涂层力学、电化学、耐盐雾性能的影响。实验结果表明:以2 g石墨、5 g高锰酸钾制备的GO-3,其涂料的涂层耐腐蚀性较好;当GO-3掺量为0.3%(质量分数,后同)、锌粉含量70%时,涂层硬度为4H、柔韧性为2 mm、抗冲击强度为50 cm·kg、附着力等级0级、耐盐雾时间达1272 h。GO-3可取代原环氧富锌涂料(80%锌粉,后同)中10%的锌粉,且耐盐雾时间为原环氧富锌涂料的1.36倍。Five GOs with different oxidation degrees were prepared by changing the dosage of oxidizing agent,marked as GO-1,GO-2,GO-3,GO-4 and GO-5.Then,Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrometer(FTIR)and X-ray Diffraction(XRD)were used to characterize the five GOs.In order to explore the effect of oxidation degree of GO on coatings’corrosion resistance,five kinds of GO-modified waterborne epoxy zinc-rich coatings were prepared,and the mechanical,electrochemical and salt spray resistance properties of the coatings were tested.The results show that the GO-3 system has the best comprehensive performance.Next,the effects of GO-3 and zinc powder content on the mechanical,electrochemical and salt spray resistance properties of the coatings were investigated.The experimental results show:the coatings of GO-3 prepared with 2 g of graphite and 5 g of potassium permanganate have better corrosion resistance.When the GO-3 content is 0.3%(wt%,the same below)and the zinc powder content is 70%,the coatings hardness is 4H,the flexibility is 2 mm,the impact strength is 50 cm·kg,the adhesion grade is 0,and the salt spray resistance time reaches 1272 h.GO-3 can replace 10%zinc powder in original epoxy zinc-rich coatings(80%zinc powder,the same below),and its salt spray resistance time is 1.36 times that of original epoxy zinc-rich coatings.
