摘 要:通过测定树脂的固含量、黏度和降解性能筛选出综合性能合适的生物降解型树脂作为主体树脂,并以防污效果较好的吡啶硫酮锌/溴代吡咯腈(ZPT/Econea)复配防污剂作为主防污剂,运用正交试验设计方法进行无铜防污涂料配方研究。通过浅海挂板试验和浸泡人工海水/去离子水后涂层附着力的测试,研究颜料体积浓度(PVC)、树脂/松香质量比和渗出率调节助剂(R助剂)添加量对涂层防污性能和耐浸泡性能的影响,通过综合加权评分法计算出配方中各因素的最优值和各组分的最优添加量。研究结果表明,当配方中PVC为0.37、树脂/松香质量比为2∶1、R助剂质量分数为4.0%时,涂层具有良好的耐浸泡性能。经过24个月浅海挂板试验验证,涂层具有优异的防污期效。通过正交试验优化得到的以PU3为主体树脂的生物降解型无铜防污涂料具有良好的耐浸泡性能和防污效果。Biodegradable resin with suitable comprehensive properties was selected as main resin by measuring the solid content,viscosity and degradation properties of the resin.The co-biocides of ZPT and Econea with good antifouling performance were used as main antifouling agent.The formula of copper-free antifouling coatings was studied by using the orthogonal experiment design method.The influence of the pigment volume concentration(PVC),the resin/rosin ratio and the dosage of release rate adjusting additive(R)on the antifouling performance and immersion resistance of the coatings was studied by the immersion test in the shallow sea and the adhesion test after artificial seawater(ASW)/deionized water immersion.The optimal value of each factor in the formula and the optimal dosage of each component were calculated by the comprehensive weighted scoring method.The research results showed that when the PVC was 0.37,the resin/rosin ratio was 2∶1 and the dosage of additive(R)was 4.0%,the coatings had good immersion resistance.After the immersion test in the shallow sea for 24 months,the coatings exhibited excellent antifouling performance.The biodegradable copper-free antifouling coatings with PU3 as the main resin optimized by the orthogonal experiment design method provided both good immersion resistance and excellent antifouling performance.
