摘  要:以植物油酸、多元酸、聚糖、抗氧剂、溶剂等为原料,在氮气保护下,升温到210~220℃进行酯化反应,合成高性能聚糖改性树脂,并用于制备磁漆。讨论了各种工艺条件对树脂性能的影响以及后期的制漆性能。结果表明:通过配方的设计,在气体保护作用下,聚糖加入到醇酸树脂的主链中,一个聚糖分子能够连接更多的植物油酸、多元酸分子,低分子量聚合物大大减少。通过双键的自动氧化聚合,涂膜的干性得到显著提高且具有优异的耐介质、户外曝晒性能。Using vegetable oleic acid,polyacid,polysaccharide,antioxidant and solvent as raw materials,esterification reaction was carried out at 210~220℃under the protection of nitrogen to synthesize high-performance polysaccharide modified resin,which was used to prepare enamel.The effects of various technological conditions on the properties of resin and the properties of coatings prepared later are discussed.The results showed:polysaccharide was added into the main chain of alkyd resin under the effect of gas protection through formula design,a polysaccharide molecule could connect more vegetable oleic acid and polyacid molecules,and the low molecular weight polymer greatly decreased.Through the automatic oxidation polymerization of double bond,the dryness of coatings film was significantly improved and it had excellent resistance to medium and outdoor exposure.
