摘  要:为了改善水乳型沥青建筑防水涂料热黏冷脆的缺点,自制了Tg为-21℃的高弹均相苯丙乳胶,探讨了聚合物乳液、乳化沥青的种类及添加量、重钙的添加量对防水涂膜性能的影响。用扫描电镜对防水涂层的微观结构进行了分析,用差热分析仪DSC、高低温恒温恒湿箱、万能材料试验机、电动不透水仪等对防水涂层的玻璃化温度、低温柔韧性、耐热度、机械性能、防渗透性能等进行测试。结果表明,当添加自制苯丙乳胶30%(质量分数,后同)、橡胶乳化沥青36%、重钙20%时,制备的液体防水涂料涂膜断裂伸长率为1092%,低温柔韧性通过-20℃,120℃无流淌、滑动。In order to address water-emulsion asphalt waterproof architectural coatings’shortcoming of being sticky when heated and fragile when cooled,highly elastic homogeneous styrene-acrylic latex with a Tg of-21℃was prepared.The influence of polymer emulsion and emulsified asphalt types and dosages and heavy calcium dosages on the performance of waterproof coatings film were discussed.The microstructure of waterproof coatings was analyzed by SEM,and the glass temperature,low temperature flexibility,heat resistance,mechanical properties and impermeability of waterproof coatings were tested by differential thermal analyzer DSC,high and low temperature constant temperature and humidity box,universal material testing machine,electric impermeable instrument,etc.The results showed that the liquid waterproof coatings film prepared had the break elongation of 1092%,flexibility at the low temperature of-20°C and no flowing or sliding at 120℃when the dosage of self-made styrene-acrylic latex was 30%(wt%,the same below),the dosage of rubber emulsified asphalt was 36%and the dosage of heavy calcium was 20%.
