摘　　要：原发性痛经是女性常见疾病,西医认为与子宫发育不良、子宫微循环障碍有关。临床多采用非药物、药物和手术治疗,均具有一定的治疗效果,但药物治疗可能产生不良反应,使用时需谨慎。中医认为原发性痛经主要与六淫侵袭、起居失慎、情志损伤、房劳过度等有关,不通则痛、不荣则痛。中医多采用口服中药汤剂、针刺、推拿、中成药、穴位敷贴、穴位埋线、中药外敷等方法进行治疗。中医治疗为达到标本兼治,常将两种治疗方法联合使用,不仅增强治疗效果,而且可减少不良反应,易被患者接受。本文通过查阅治疗原发性痛经的相关文献,整理并归纳该疾病的西医发病机制、中医病因病机和中西医治疗方法,以期为临床提供参考依据。Primary dysmenorrhea is a common disease in women.Western medicine believes that it is related to uterine dysplasia and uterine microcirculation disorders.The treatments of western medicine for primary dysmenorrhea include non-drug,drug and surgery,all have certain therapeutic effects.While drug therapy should be used with caution for it has certain adverse reactions.According to traditional Chinese medicine,primary dysmenorrhea is mainly related to the invasion of six external factors,careless living,emotional damage,excessive sex and so on.Stagnation of qi and blood may bring about pain,and pain from malnutrition.The treatments of traditional Chinese medicine include oral decoction,acupuncture,massage,Chinese patent medicine,acupoint application,acupoint embedding and external application of traditional Chinese medicine.In order to treat the symptoms and root causes,the combination of two kinds of treatments is often used,which not only enhances the therapeutic effect,but also reduces the adverse reactions.Traditional Chinese medicine treatment is easy to be accepted by patients.By referring to relevant literatures on the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea,this article sorted out and summarized the pathogenesis of western medicine,etiology and pathogenesis of traditional Chinese medicine and treatments of traditional Chinese and western medicine,in order to provide reference for clinical practice.
