摘  要:目的探究阴道超声联合宫腔镜诊断围绝经期子宫内膜病变的临床价值。方法选取2021年8月至2022年7月京东中美医院收治的100例围绝经期疑似子宫内膜病变患者,所有患者均进行阴道超声检查和宫腔镜检查。以病理学检查结果为金标准,比较单一阴道超声与阴道超声联合宫腔镜检查的阳性检出率、漏诊和误诊率、灵敏度、特异度及准确度。结果阴道超声联合宫腔镜检查的阳性检出率、灵敏度、特异度、准确度高于阴道超声,漏诊、误诊率低于阴道超声(P<0.05)。结论在围绝经期子宫内膜病变诊断中实施阴道超声联合宫腔镜检查的特异度、灵敏度和准确度较高,不易漏诊、误诊,可辅助临床诊断。Objective To explore the clinical value of transvaginal ultrasound combined with hysteroscopy in the diagnosis of perimenopausal endometrial lesions.Methods A total of 100 perimenopausal patients with suspected endometrial lesions admitted to Jingdong Zhongmei Hospital from August 2021 to July 2022 were selected.All patients underwent transvaginal ultrasound and hysteroscopy.With pathological examination results as the gold standard,the positive detection rate,missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis rates,sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of transvaginal ultrasound alone and transvaginal ultrasound combined with hysteroscopy were compared.Results The positive detection rate,sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of vaginal ultrasound combined with hysteroscopy were higher than those of vaginal ultrasound,and the missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis rates were lower than those of transvaginal ultrasound(P<0.05).Conclusion The specificity,sensitivity and accuracy of transvaginal ultrasound combined with hysteroscopy in the diagnosis of perimenopausal endometrial lesions are high,and it is not easy to be missed or misdiagnosed,which can assist clinical diagnosis.
