摘　　要：目的探讨宫腔镜联合阴道超声对子宫内膜息肉的诊断价值。方法选取2021年7月至2022年6月新疆医科大学第一附属医院收治的116例疑似子宫内膜息肉患者,所有患者均行宫腔镜检查、阴道超声检查。以病理检查结果为金标准,比较宫腔镜检查、阴道超声检查以及两者联合应用的诊断效能。结果单独宫腔镜的诊断效能高于单独阴道超声(P<0.05),而宫腔镜联合阴道超声的诊断效能高于单独宫腔镜、阴道超声(P<0.05)。结论宫腔镜联合阴道超声的应用价值高于单独应用宫腔镜、阴道超声检查,并有助于提高子宫内膜息肉的诊断准确率,可推广使用。Objective To explore the diagnostic value of hysteroscopy combined with transvaginal ultrasound for endometrial polyps.Methods A total of 116 patients with suspected endometrial polyps admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from July 2021 to June 2022 were selected.All patients underwent hysteroscopy examination and vaginal ultrasound examination.With pathological results as the gold standard,the diagnostic efficacy of hysteroscopy,transvaginal ultrasound and their combination was compared.Results The diagnostic efficacy of hysteroscopy alone was higher than that of transvaginal ultrasound alone(P<0.05),and the diagnostic efficacy of hysteroscopy combined with transvaginal ultrasound was higher than that of hysteroscopy or transvaginal ultrasound alone(P<0.05).Conclusion The application value of hysteroscopy combined with transvaginal ultrasound is higher than that of hysteroscopy and transvaginal ultrasound alone,which is helpful to improve the diagnostic accuracy of endometrial polyps and can be popularized.
