摘　　要：目的分析不同术式治疗子宫腺肌症的临床效果。方法选取2018年7月至2021年1月在解放军联勤保障部队第九七〇医院(威海院区)治疗的60例子宫腺肌症患者作为研究对象,并进行回顾性分析。根据手术方法的不同进行分组,腹腔镜下全子宫切除术(LTH)组采用LTH治疗,腹腔镜下三角形子宫切除术(LDH)组采用LDH治疗,比较两组患者的临床相关指标及术后并发症发生情况。结果两组的临床相关指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。LDH组的术后并发症总发生率低于LTH组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在子宫腺肌症患者的治疗过程中使用LDH,手术时间相对较短,且能够降低术后并发症发生率,值得进一步研究和推广。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of different surgical methods in the treatment of adenomyosis.Methods A total of 60 patients with adenomyosis who were treated in the 970th Hospital of Joint Support Force of PLA(Weihai Hospital)from July 2018 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects,and retrospective analysis was performed.According to the different surgical methods,the patients were divided into the laparoscopic total hysterectomy(LTH)group and the laparoscopic triangular hysterectomy(LDH)group.The clinical related indexes and postoperative complications of the two groups were compared.Results There were no significant differences in clinical related indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in LDH group was lower than that in LTH group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of LDH in the treatment of patients with adenomyosis can shorten the operation time and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,which is worthy of further research and promotion.
