宫颈环形电刀切除术治疗宫颈癌前病变的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨宫颈环形电刀切除术(LEEP)治疗宫颈癌前病变的临床效果。方法选取2019年4月至2022年3月山东省妇幼保健院收治的90例宫颈癌前病变患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各45例。对照组给予宫颈冷刀锥切术治疗,观察组给予LEEP治疗,比较两组的临床效果、临床相关指标、并发症总发生率。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的临床相关指标优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论宫颈LEEP治疗宫颈癌前病变患者临床效果佳,可加快患者术后恢复,并降低并发症发生率,改善预后情况,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect loop electrosurgical excision procedure of cervix(LEEP)in the treatment of cervical precancerous lesions.Methods A total of 90 patients with cervical precancerous lesions admitted to Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital of Shandong Provincial from April 2019 to March 2022 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with cervical cold knife coniz ation,and the observation group was treated with cervical LEEP.The clinical effects,clinical relate indexes,and the total incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The clinical relate indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Cervical LEEP has good clinical effect in the treatment of patients with cervical precancerous lesions,can accelerate postoperative recovery of patients,reduce the incidence of complications,improve the prognosis,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
