摘　　要：目的探究子痫前期胎盘组织中PSG1蛋白的定位及表达意义。方法选取2019年10月至2020年2月在潍坊市中医院产科诊断为子痫前期患者25例为子痫前期组,选取同期住院血压正常的孕产妇25例为正常妊娠组。获取两组的胎盘组织标本,采用免疫组织化学法对PSG1进行细胞表达定位,采取qPCR方法分析PSG1 mRNA在两组中的表达差异。结果PSG1在胎盘滋养细胞中有表达,胞浆着色,且在合体滋养细胞中表达较强。与正常妊娠组相比,子痫前期胎盘组织中PSG1蛋白和mRNA表达水平显著下调。结论PSG1在子痫前期患者胎盘中呈低表达,提示PSG1可在胎盘血管重铸中发挥作用。Objective To explore the localization and expression significance of PSG1 protein in placental tissue of preeclampsia.Methods A total of 25 patients diagnosed with preeclampsia in the Department of Obstetrics,Weifang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the preeclampsia group,and 25 pregnant women with normal blood pressure hospitalized during the same period were selected as the normal pregnancy group.The placental tissue samples of the two groups were obtained,and PSG1 was detected by immunohistochemisty.The differences of PSG1 mRNA expression between the two groups were analyze by qPCR.Results PSG1 was expressed in placental trophoblasts,cytoplasmic was strongly expressed in syncytiotrophoblast.Compared with normal pregnancy group,PSG1 protein and mRNA expression level in placental tissues of preeclampsia was significantly down-regulated.Conclusion The low expression of PSG1 in placenta of patients with preeclampsia suggests that PSG1 may play a role in placental vessel recast.
