临床护理路径模式在纤支镜下肺泡内灌洗术治疗重症肺炎患儿中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨临床护理路径(CNP)模式在纤支镜下肺泡内灌洗术治疗重症肺炎患儿中的应用效果。方法选取2021年9月至2022年12月淮安市妇幼保健院收治的60例重症肺炎患儿,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(30例)和观察组(30例)。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施CNP。比较两组症状改善时间、护理依从性、血气指标及家属护理满意度。结果观察组症状改善时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组总依从率高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组血气指标均优于护理前,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组护理总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论CNP模式有助于缩短重症肺炎患儿症状改善时间,改善血气指标水平,提高患儿依从性与家属满意度。Objective To investigate the application effect of clinical nursing pathway(CNP)model in the treatment of severe pneumonia in children with bronchoscopic alveolar lavage.Methods A total of 60 children with severe pneumonia admitted to Huai’an Maternal and Child Health Hospital from September 2021 to December 2022 were divided into the control group(30 cases)and the observation group(30 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received CNP on the basis of the control group.Symptom improvement time,nursing compliance,blood gas index and nursing satisfaction of family members were compared between the two groups.Results Symptom improvement time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the total compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,blood gas indexes in both groups were better than those before nursing,and observation group was better than control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the total satisfaction of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion CNP model can help shorten the time of symptom improvement in children with severe pneumonia,improve the level of blood gas index and enhance the compliance of children and family satisfaction.
