摘 要:目的 调查综合医院护理人员对住院患者自杀预防的知信行现状,探讨其影响因素。方法 采用“护理人员对住院患者自杀预防知识-态度-行为调查问卷”对某三级甲等医院302名住院部护理人员进行住院患者自杀预防的知信行调查,采用单因素分析及多重线性回归分析进行影响因素分析。结果 护理人员对住院患者自杀预防知识38.04±7.17分、态度31.96±4.67分、行为47.60±12.38分。多重线性回归分析显示,是否经历患者自杀事件、是否参加过自杀预防培训、是否使用过自杀风险评估工具是知识的影响因素(P<0.05),是否参加过自杀预防培训、是否使用过心理测评量表是态度的影响因素(P<0.05),是否参加过自杀预防培训、是否使用过心理测评量表是行为的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 护理人员对住院患者自杀预防知识、态度、行为均处于中等水平,管理者应组织基于知信行理论的自杀预防培训,在临床中逐渐普及自杀相关评估工具的使用,开展情景模拟演练,完善住院患者自杀预防管理体系,提升护理人员预防患者自杀能力水平,降低住院患者自杀的发生率。Objective To investigate the current situation of knowledge, attitude and practice(KAP) of nurses in general hospitals on suicide prevention of inpatients, and explore its infl uencing factors. Methods A total of 302 nursing staf f in a third-class A hospital were investigated on their KAP of suicide prevention by using the "questionnaire of nurses’ knowledge, attitude and behavior on suicide prevention among inpatients", single factor analysis and multiple linear regression analysis were used to analyze the infl uencing factors. Results Nursing staf f scored 38.04±7.17 points on suicide prevention knowledge, 31.96±4.67 points on attitude and 47.60±12.38points on behavior of inpatients. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that whether or not to experience suicide events, whether or not to participate in suicide prevention training, and whether or not to use suicide risk assessment tools were the influencing factors of knowledge(P<0.05);whether or not to participate in suicide prevention training and whether or not to use the psychological assessment scale were the infl uencing factors of attitude(P<0.05);whether or not to participate in suicide prevention training and whether or not to use the psychological assessment scale were the influencing factors of practice(P<0.05). Conclusion Nurses’ KAP of suicide prevention for inpatients are at a medium level. Managers should organize suicide prevention training based on the theory of knowledge, belief and practice, gradually popularize the use of suicide-related assessment tools in clinical practice, carry out scenario simulation exercises, improve the management system of suicide prevention for inpatients, improve the level of nurses’ ability to prevent suicide, and reduce the incidence of suicide among inpatients.
