学龄期危重症患儿床旁康复期运动恐惧的影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的 探究学龄期危重症患儿床旁康复期运动恐惧现状及其影响因素。方法 选择医院2019年7月—2021年12月收治的学龄期危重症患儿共150例为调查对象,分析患儿临床资料以获取基础信息,采用运动恐惧症量表(TSK)评估患儿运动恐惧现状,通过单因素分析、多元线性回归分析筛选学龄期危重症患儿床旁康复期运动恐惧的影响因素。结果 学龄期危重症患儿床旁康复期TSK评分为53.58±8.28分。多元线性回归分析显示,学龄期危重症患儿床旁康复期运动恐惧的影响因素有疾病类型、疼痛程度、镇痛管理情况、运动跌倒史、护士对早期活动的认知行为(P<0.05)。结论 学龄期危重症患儿床旁康复期运动恐惧水平相对偏高,且其影响因素复杂,临床应加强对运动恐惧影响因素的分析,并积极采取相应护理措施。Objective To explore the current situation and influencing factors of motor phobia in school-age critical children during bedside rehabilitation.Methods A total of 150 school-age critically ill children admitted to the hospital from July 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects,the clinical data of children were analyzed to obtain basic information.Tampa scale for kinesiophobia(TSK) was used to assess the current situation of children’s motor fear.The influencing factors of school-age critical children’s motor fear during bedside rehabilitation were screened through single factor analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.Results The TSK score of school-age critically ill children during bedside rehabilitation was 53.58±8.28 points.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the influencing factors of school-age critical children’s bedside exercise fear during rehabilitation include disease type,pain degree,analgesia management,exercise fall history,and nurses’ cognitive behavior on early activities(P<0.05).Conclusion The level of motor phobia in school-age critical children during bedside rehabilitation was relatively high,and its influencing factors were complex.The clinical should strengthen the analysis of the influencing factors of motor phobia and actively take corresponding nursing measures.
