引导式想象放松结合授权教育对高龄老年性白内障手术患者预后的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨引导式想象放松结合授权教育对高龄老年性白内障手术患者视力恢复、负性情绪及生理应激反应的影响。方法 按照组间基本特征具有可比性的原则将医院2020年10月—2021年10月收治的125例高龄老年性白内障手术患者分为对照组和观察组,对照组62例给予授权教育干预,观察组63例在对照组基础上结合引导式想象放松训练。观察两组患者视力恢复情况、负性情绪、生理应激反应以及并发症发生情况。结果 干预后,观察组视力恢复情况优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组负性情绪评分低于对照组,正性情绪评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组收缩压、心率以及皮质醇均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率(7.91%)低于对照组(21.54%)(P<0.05)。结论 引导式想象放松结合授权教育用于高龄老年性白内障手术患者中,可降低生理应激反应,改善情绪,促进视力恢复,降低并发症发生。Objective To explore the effect of guided imagination relaxation combined with authorization education on vision recovery,negative emotions and physiological stress response in elderly patients undergoing cataract surgery.Methods According to the principle of comparability of basic characteristics among groups,125elderly cataract patients admitted to the hospital from October 2020 to October 2021 were divided into a control group and an observation group.The 62 cases in the control group were given authorized education intervention,and 63 cases in the observation group were combined with guided imagination relaxation training on the basis of the control group.The visual acuity recovery,negative emotion,physiological stress reaction and complications of the two groups were observed.Results After the intervention,the visual acuity recovery of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The negative emotion score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the positive emotion score was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The systolic blood pressure,heart rate and cortisol of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 7.91%,which was lower than the21.54% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Guided imagination relaxation combined with authorization education can reduce physiological stress reaction,improve mood,promote vision recovery and reduce complications in elderly patients with cataract surgery.
