摘 要:稠油开采一般采用热采方式,热采技术的应用对完井工具提出了较高的要求,海上平台的油井生产要求有较高的储层保护措施。考虑高温热采的特点设计了一种隔离井筒与地层的装置,在热采防砂管柱中独立下入耐高温350℃防漏失阀。耐高温防漏失阀结构包括阀体本身、回接密封以及配套的开关工具。对防漏失阀的主要结构进行设计,采用有限元分析了球座球体上、下分别承受21.0 MPa压力,C型环在上、下承受21.0 MPa流体压力下的受力情况。结果表明,球阀结构和密封性能满足要求,室内测试分析显示,防漏失阀球阀经过高温(大于350℃)和低温(小于150℃)多轮次实验后密封性能良好,能够满足通径测试和整机完整性测试,设计满足使用要求。At present, thermal recovery methods are generally adopted for heavy oil production.As the application of thermal recovery technology puts forward higher requirements on completion tools, the production of oil wells on offshore platforms requires higher reservoir protection.Considering the characteristics of thermal production under high temperature, a device is designed to isolate the wellbore from the formation, and a leak proof valve with high temperature resistant of 350 ℃ needs to be inserted into the sand control string.The valve structure includes the valve body, tie-back seals, and supporting switching tools.The main structure of the valve was designed, by using the finite element analysis, the upper and lower parts of the ball seat sphere can withstand 21 Mpa respectively, while the C-ring on the top and bottom under 21 Mpa fluid pressure was also analyzed.The results show that the structure and sealing performance of the ball valve can meet the requirements, and the indoor test analysis shows after multiple rounds of tests at high temperature(more than 350 ℃) and low temperature(less than 150 ℃),the ball valve still has good sealing performance which can meet the diameter test and the integrity test of the whole machine.
