摘 要:牛东火山岩油藏主要以自喷方式开采,开展油井自喷生产特征研究以优化油嘴尺寸设计,可延长油井自喷生产时间,获得单井最大产量,但目前关于火山岩油藏嘴流公式方面的研究较少,难以有效指导牛东火山岩油藏的开采。基于量纲和谐原理和现场数据拟合建立牛东火山岩油藏嘴流公式,并选取生产井开展适用性评价。结果表明,所建立嘴流公式计算结果与现场生产数据的平均相对误差仅为3.65%,具良好适用性。将所建立嘴流公式应用于生产,进行生产油嘴优化设计,确定了不同配产条件下更换油嘴的最佳时机。At present, Niudong volcanic rock reservoir is mainly produced by flowing wells.Through the research on production characteristics of oil wells, the design of nozzle size is optimized, which can prolong the production time of oil flowing wells and obtain the maximum production of single well.However, there are few studies on the formula of the nozzle in volcanic reservoir, which is difficult to provide guidance for the exploitation of this kind.Based on the principle of dimensional harmony and field data fitting, the formula of the nozzle in Niudong volcanic reservoir is established, which is used by production wells for applicability evaluation.The results show that the average relative error between the calculated results and the field production data is only 3.65%,showing good applicability.After being applied to production by the established formula, the optimal design of production nozzle is carried out, and the best time for change the nozzle under different conditions is determined.
