摘  要:针对大庆油田致密油藏开发存在的气窜问题,运用高温高压反应釜、FT-IR傅立叶变换红外光谱仪、环境扫描电子显微镜、X射线能谱仪等对自主研发的DQ-1泡沫剂开展泡沫剂耐温性、发泡性、稳定性、微观形貌结构以及封堵性能评价。结果表明:高温热处理后泡沫剂结构未发生变化,泡沫的吸附膜整体性较好,且吸附膜较厚,空间分布不均匀,结构立体感变得稍差。泡沫剂主要成分为S、C、Na和O元素,泡沫剂中各元素成份基本无变化,泡沫剂分子结构未受到破坏,DQ-1泡沫剂具有良好的耐温性能及泡沫稳定性。In view of the gas channeling during the development of tight reservoirs in Daqing oilfield,high-temperature and high-pressure reactor,FT-IR Fourier transform infrared spectrometer,environmental scanning electron microscope,X-ray energy spectrometer,etc.were used to evaluate the temperature resistance,foaming property,stability,microscopic morphology and plugging performance of the self-developed DQ-1 foam agent.The results showed that the structure of foam agent did not change after high temperature heat treatment,the integrity of the foam adsorption film was good,and the adsorption film was thick,the spatial distribution was uneven,and the three-dimensional sense of the structure became slightly worse.The foam agent is mainly composed of S,C,Na and O elements.The elements in the foam agent basically remain unchanged,and the molecular structure of the foam agent is not damaged.Therefore,the DQ-1 foam agent has good temperature resistance and foam stability.
