摘 要:电容器级钽丝采用粉末冶金方法制备,在钽丝加工的轧制、真空烧结、拉拔等过程中,其表面很容易形成毛刺、坑点、沟槽等加工缺陷,缺陷在后续加工过程中得不到及时的发现和修复,则会伴随加工进程被拉拔润滑油、清洗液及表面处理熔盐等含有一定量铝、钙、钠、镁等低熔点金属的介质污染,在高温热处理时与氧、碳、氮等发生化学反应,形成钽的氧化物、碳化物,导致钽丝表面产生颜色异常的有机氧化物锈点,影响钽丝产品的质量。因此对表面锈点缺陷形成机制进行分析,并控制加工过程,防止表面锈点的产生是非常重要的。Capacitor-grade tantalum wires were made by powder metallurgy methods.In the process of rolling,vacuum sintering and pulling,burr,pits,grooves and other processing defects are easy to form on its surface.If the processing defects were not found and repaired in the subsequent processing process,they could be contaminated by media containing a certain amount of aluminum,calcium,sodium,magnesium and other low melting point metals,such as pulling lubricating oil,cleaning liquid and surface treatment melting salt.And chemical reaction with oxygen,carbon,nitrogen,etc.would take out at the high temperature heat treatment.An abnormal oxide rust spots would occur on the surface of tantalum wire,and affect the quality of tantalum wire products.Therefore,it is very important to prevent the production of surface rust point through formation mechanism analysis and process control.
