“天人和谐”理念下的乡村生态文明建设研究——以福建漳州为例

摘　　要：生态兴则文明兴,生态文明是乡村振兴的必由之路,乡村振兴也离不开生态文明的引领。“天人合一”所蕴含的爱护自然、尊重自然、担当自然的生态观在乡村生态文明建设中具有重要的指导意义。基于此,课题组阐述了传统“天人合一”思想及其生态意蕴,通过分析乡村生态文明内涵,发现了乡村生态文明在构建中存在村民生态意识缺失、乡村生态制度政策不健全、执行力度不足、生态环境的治理与管理能力有待加强、乡村生态产业化工程不完善等困境,并运用“天人和谐”的文化理念,探索乡村生态文明建设路径,形成乡村生态文化氛围,推进乡村生态政治建设,推动乡村生态环境绿化,打造乡村生态产业化,实现人与自然和谐共生的现代化。Ecological prosperity means civilization. Ecological civilization is the only way to rural revitalization, and rural revitalization cann’t be separated from the guidance of ecological civilization. The ecological concept of caring for nature,respecting nature and taking responsibility for nature contained in the “Unity of Nature and Man” has important guiding significance in the construction of rural ecological civilization. Based on this, the research group elaborated the traditional idea of “Unity of Nature and Man” and its ecological implication. Through analyzing the connotation of rural ecological civilization,it found that there are many dilemmas in the construction of rural ecological civilization, such as the lack of villagers’ ecological awareness, the imperfection of rural ecological system policies, the insufficient implementation, the need to strengthen the governance and management capacity of the ecological environment, and the imperfect rural ecological industrialization project.It also uses the cultural concept of “Harmony between Man and Nature” to explore the path of rural ecological civilization construction, form rural ecological cultural atmosphere, promote rural ecological political construction and the greening of rural ecological environment, create rural ecological industrialization, and realize the modernization of harmonious coexistence between human and nature.
