摘  要:通过机械加工使Fe_(3)O_(4)纳米粒子分散在杜仲橡胶(EUG)基体中,制得磁、热双响应形状记忆Fe_(3)O_(4)/EUG复合材料。采用SEM、万能试验机、DSC、动态热机械分析(DMA)仪、感应加热设备和红外热成像仪对Fe_(3)O_(4)/EUG复合材料进行了表征。探究了Fe_(3)O_(4)纳米粒子含量对Fe_(3)O_(4)/EUG复合材料的升温速率、磁响应形状回复率、Fe_(3)O_(4)纳米粒子的分散状态及力学性能的影响。结果表明,Fe_(3)O_(4)纳米粒子含量≥30%(以EUG的质量为基准,下同)时,Fe_(3)O_(4)在硫化EUG基体中有轻微团聚现象。Fe_(3)O_(4)具有补强作用,Fe_(3)O_(4)/EUG复合材料在高温(60℃)下力学性能均有提高,Fe_(3)O_(4)/EUG-50(Fe_(3)O_(4)纳米粒子含量为50%)比EUG的800%定伸应力提升了47%。DMA测试表明,Fe_(3)O_(4)/EUG复合材料在3次循环下的形状固定率和形状回复率均>98%。随着Fe_(3)O_(4)含量的增加,Fe_(3)O_(4)/EUG复合材料在感应磁场中温升速度提高,可实现快速无接触式加热,最短在12 s即可实现形状回复。Shape memory Fe_(3)O_(4)/EUG composites exhibiting magnetic and thermal dual response were prepared from mechanical dispersion of Fe_(3)O_(4)nanoparticles in Eucommia ulmoides gum(EUG)matrix,and characterized by SEM,universal testing machine,DSC,dynamic thermomechanical analyzer,induction heating equipment and infrared thermal imager.The effects of Fe_(3)O_(4)nanoparticle content on heating rate magnetic response shape recovery,Fe_(3)O_(4)nanoparticles dispersion state and mechanical properties of Fe_(3)O_(4)EUG composites were then explored.The results demonstrated that Fe_(3)O_(4)showed slight agglomeration in the vulcanized EUG matrix when its content≥30%(based on the mass of EUG,the same below).The mechanical properties of Fe_(3)O_(4)/EUG-50 composites were improved at high temperature(60℃),and the tensile strength was 47%higher compared with that of EUG,indicating the reinforcing effect of Fe_(3)O_(4)DMA test showed that both the fixation and recovery rate of Fe_(3)O_(4)/EUG composites remained above 98%after recycled three times.Moreover,the temperature rise rate of Fe_(3)O_(4)/EUG composites increased along the Fe_(3)O_(4)content increase in the induction magnetic field,leading to rapid non-contact heating and rapid shape recovery,which could be realized in as short as 12 s.
