摘　　要：中国共产党城市建设思想是中国共产党对建设什么样的城市、怎样建设城市的系统回答,其主题是建设具有中国特色的、适应时代的社会主义现代化城市。社会主义革命与建设时期,中国共产党以工业优先的城市现代化方案开启了将域外国家城市化经验中国化的历程,搭建起了理解城市发展的思想框架。推动城市建设思想时代化成为改革开放和社会主义现代化建设新时期中国共产党在城市发展上的突出任务,中国共产党明确了城市多功能经济中心的定位,确立了城镇化战略。中国特色社会主义进入新时代,中国共产党以“中国特色新型城镇化道路”的理论与实践使城市建设思想迎来了从赶上时代到引领时代的转变,探索了以人类文明新形态为追求的城市现代化方案。中国共产党城市建设思想演进兼具不断丰富性和历史连续性。这一思想构成了以马克思主义认识和解决城市问题的实践路径,其演变史表征了后发现代化国家需要在重视城乡关系的基础上坚定不移地推进城镇化。The Communist Party of China’s(CPC)thought on urban construction systematically answers the questions of what kind of city to build and how to build it.It aims to build modern cities with Chinese characteristics to keep up with the change of time.During the periods of socialist revolution and construction,the CPC learned from other countries’experiences and established a plan of urban modernization prioritizing industry.This is the ideological framework for the understanding of Chinese urban development.Promoting the modernization of urban construction is a prominent task of the CPC in the period of reform and opening to the outside world,in which the CPC clarifies the positioning of the city’s multi-functional economic center in making its strategy for urbanization.Entering the new era,with the theory and practice of the“new path of urbanization with Chinese characteristics”,the CPC has transformed its thinking on urban construction in pursuing new forms of human civilization.The CPC’s thought on urban construction has been continuously enriched following its evolution.This thought constitutes a practical framework for understanding and solving urban problems with Marxism.Its evolution indicates that for countries being modernized later than others,they need to unswervingly promote urbanization in dealing with the relationship between the urban and rural developments.
