摘  要:针对目前国际商务人才培养中存在学科壁垒森严、专业相互割裂、文化难以融通、供需矛盾突出等问题,提出了打破学科壁垒、解除专业束缚、疏通文化障碍“3C”教学生态链的本科国际商务人才培养模式。通过学生能力培养、课程体系设置和教学模式创新等路径,采取师资队伍建设、改革评价机制、强化教材质量、注重平台建设和优化机构设置等措施,提高人才培养质量,纾解人才培养供给侧和产业需求侧之间矛盾。In view of the problems existing in the current international business talents training,such as strict barriers between disciplines,mutual separation between majors,difficult integration between cultures and prominent imbalance between supply and demand,this paper puts forward a training mode for undergraduate talents in international business to solve this problem.The researchers are endeavoring to improve the quality of talents training and to ease the imbalance between the talents training on the supply side and the industrial demand side through means like the students’ability training,curriculum system setting and teaching mode innovation,and The researchers also will take measures such as building the teacher staff,reforming the evaluation mechanism,strengthening the quality of teaching materials,evaluating platform construction and optimizing institutional setting to achieve this target.
