数字经济对三重价值链协同发展的影响

摘　　要：探析数字经济如何影响我国各省内、国内与全球价值链协同发展,对于畅通国内国际双循环具有重要现实意义。本文基于世界投入产出表、中国多区域投入产出表构建嵌入式世界投入产出表,并以此为基础对数字经济规模及价值链耦合协调度进行测算。研究发现,数字经济促进了各省份省内价值链、国内价值链与全球价值链协同发展,价值链关联度和生产技术水平是该影响的中介变量。在异质性方面,服务业数字产业化以及制造业产业数字化促进各省份协同参与三重价值链的作用更显著,数字经济对各省份价值链后向耦合协调度的促进作用大于前向耦合协调度,在东中部省份以及农业采选业服务业中的促进作用更显著。我国应抓住经济发展新机遇,借助数字经济优势促进各省份协同嵌入省内价值链、国内价值链和全球价值链以畅通国内国际双循环。Studying how the digital economy affects the coordinated development of the provincial value chain,the domestic value chain,and the global value chain is of great practical significance for smoothing the domestic and international circulation.This paper constructs an embedded international input-output table basing on the world’s input-output table and China’s multi-regional input-output table,and uses this as a basis to measure the digital economy and the coupling coordination between value chains.The study finds that the digital economy has promoted the coordinated development of the value chain within the province,the domestic,and the global value chains in various provinces of China.The relevance of the value chain and the level of production technology are the intermediary variables of this impact.In terms of heterogeneity,the digital industrialization of the service industry and the digitalization of the manufacturing industry play a more significant role in promoting the coordinated participation of various provinces in the triple value chains.The digital economy promotes the backward coupling coordination degree of the value chain of various provinces more than the forward coupling coordination degree.The degree of coordination plays a more significant role in promoting the eastern and central provinces,as well as in agriculture,mining and quarrying and service industry.China should seize the new opportunities for economic development and use the advantages of the digital economy to promote the coordinated embeddedness of provinces into the provincial value chain,domestic value chain,and global value chain to smooth the domestic and international circulation.
