摘  要:在既有建筑增设地下空间的托换过程中,传统钢管桩或锚杆静压桩方法存在吊装焊接不便或桩基过密等缺陷。据此,提出了桩柱一体技术,将钻孔灌注桩同时作为桩基和立柱,保证了施工质量和效率。桩柱一体结构体系中梁柱节点的力学性能是影响其安全性的关键,故设计了3种桩柱一体结构与环梁节点的界面连接形式,进行了现场荷载试验。试验结果表明,桩柱一体结构体系中梁柱节点的破坏模式为环梁的弯剪破坏,荷载下梁柱界面未发生滑移,证明了桩柱一体技术的安全性。对试验结果分析后,表明灌注桩-环梁节点的配筋设计可参考现有的钢管桩-环梁节点相关规范,并得到了桩柱一体结构体系承载力计算的实用公式。In the underpinning process of adding underground space to existing buildings,the traditional steel pipe pile or anchor static pressure pile method has some defects,such as inconvenient hoisting and welding or over dense pile foundation.Based on this,the technology of pile column integration is proposed,and the bored pile is used as the pile foundation and column at the same time to ensure the construction quality and efficiency.The mechanical properties of beam column joints in the pile column integrated structure system are the key to its safety,so three interface connection forms between the pile column integrated structure and the ring beam joints are designed and field load tests are carried out.The test results show that the failure mode of the beam column joints in the pile column integrated structure system is the bending shear failure of the ring beam,and there is no slippage at the beam column interface under the load,which proves the safety of the pile column integrated technology.The analysis of the test results shows that the reinforcement design of cast-in-place pile ring beam joints can refer to the existing relevant specifications of steel pipe pile ring beam joints,and a practical formula for calculating the bearing capacity of pile column integrated structure system is obtained.
