摘 要:既有建筑增设地下空间的托换过程中,常采用的锚杆静压桩托换和一柱一桩(多桩)等方式均存在一定的制约因素,为此,提出了新型桩柱一体-环梁结构体系。桩柱一体-环梁结构体系,以低净空钻孔灌注桩施工技术为基础,将钻孔灌注桩同时作为桩基和地下室结构永久柱,解决了锚杆静压桩桩数过多、一柱一桩难以在既有结构中施工的问题。3种桩柱一体-环梁节点的界面连接形式的现场载荷试验结果表明,灌注桩-环梁节点的配筋可参考现有的钢管桩-环梁节点相关规范进行设计。基于对桩柱一体-环梁结构体系设计方法的研究成果,提出了一系列设计相关内容。In the underpinning process of adding underground space to existing buildings,there are certain constraints in the commonly used methods of anchor rod static pressure pile underpinning and one pile per column(multiple piles).Therefore,a new pile column integrated ring beam structure system is proposed.The pile column integrated ring beam structural system,based on the construction technology of low clearance bored pile,uses the bored pile as the permanent column of pile foundation and basement structure at the same time,which solves the problem of too many anchor rod static pressure piles and that it is difficult to construct one pile per column in the existing structure.The field load test results of three interface connection forms of pile column integrated ring beam joints show that the reinforcement of cast-in-place pile ring beam joints can be designed according to the existing relevant specifications for steel pipe pile ring beam joints.Based on the research results of the design method of the pile column integrated ring beam structure system,a series of design related contents are proposed.
