摘  要:以星河雅宝高科创新园三地块施工总承包工程为背景,针对超高层建筑内爬塔吊底部安全防护这一难题,设计并应用了可随内爬塔吊同步爬升的防护平台。平台主要结构为“井”字形钢梁,通过钢丝绳悬挂在塔吊内爬基节下并可随塔吊同步爬升。当平台爬升时,与墙体保持一定距离,而当平台工作时,与墙体之间的间隙被完全封闭。该平台具有安全可靠、质量轻等优点,并减少了内爬升塔式起重机对下部结构施工安全的影响,取得了良好的效果,可为同类项目提供参考。Based on the general contracting project of the third plot of Xinghe Yabao Hi-tech Innovation Park,a protection platform that can climb with the inner climbing tower crane synchronously is designed and applied to solve the problem of safety protection of the bottom of the inner climbing tower crane in super high-rise buildings.The main structure of the platform is a“井”(a Chinese character)shaped steel beam,which is suspended under the climbing joint in the tower crane by wire rope and can climb synchronously with the tower crane.When the platform climbs,it keeps a certain distance from the wall,while when the platform works,the gap between the platform and the wall is completely closed.The platform has the advantages of safety,reliability,light weight,etc.,and reduces the impact of internal climbing tower crane on the safety of substructure construction.It has achieved good results and can provide reference for similar projects.
