摘  要:为解决泥水岩石顶管在施工软硬不均地层中遇填充型溶洞时易发生顶管机抱死、顶管机栽头等问题,通过拉结装置及时控制“栽头”现象,将顶管机机头与管节连接并对顶管管节开孔冲洗,成功解决管节顶进过程中的栽头及抱死问题,实现顺利脱困,从而恢复正常顶进。同时根据施工经验总结提出避免此类事件的建议,为存在类似现象的项目提供参考。In order to solve the problems of pipe jacking machine locking and machine head-cutting that are easy to occur when pipe jacking in muddy rock meets filled karst caves in uneven soft and hard strata during construction,the"head cutting"phenomenon is timely controlled through the tie device,the pipe jacking machine head-cutting is connected with the pipe joint,and the jacking pipe joint is perforated and flushed,so as to successfully solve the problem of head-cutting and locking during pipe joint jacking,achieve smooth locking release,and thus resume normal jacking.At the same time,according to the summary of construction experience,suggestions are proposed to avoid such incidents,and provide reference for projects with similar phenomena.
