摘 要:在目前的房屋建筑工程施工中,施工缝部位大多采用传统止水钢板的工艺进行止水,但从实践效果来看,仍存在施工难度大、工效低、工作量大以及止水效果不稳定等弊端。基于此,将地铁与隧道中常用的止水胶技术针对性地应用于房屋建筑项目,并在阐述其基本性能与工艺原理的基础上,结合苏州市某高中学校项目实施案例,通过在实践中改进优化工艺,从而有效保证了最终的止水效果,且具有施工便捷、效率高等特点,社会与经济效益显著,为类似房建项目的止水工艺提供了有效的成功经验与借鉴价值。In the current construction of housing construction projects,the construction joints are mostly sealed with the traditional process of waterproof steel plate,but from the practical effect,there are still some drawbacks such as great construction difficulty,low work efficiency,large workload and unstable waterproof effect.Based on this,the waterproof sealant technology commonly used in subways and tunnels is applied to housing construction projects.On the basis of describing its basic performance and process principle,combined with the implementation case of a high school project in Suzhou,through improving and optimizing the process in practice,the final waterproof effect is effectively guaranteed,and it has the characteristics of convenient construction,high efficiency,and significant social and economic benefits.It provides effective successful experience and reference value for waterproof process of similar housing construction projects.
