摘　　要：“上刀山”(即爬刀杆)是刀杆节的传统节日。每到这天,族百姓就会盛装打扮(来到当地的刀杆场)观看勇士们的表演。在会场中央,会竖起两三根20多米长的粗大木杆,每根杆子上插着36把(刀刃向上的)钢刀。(从小训练的)勇士们赤手光脚,踏着锋利的钢刀,逐级爬至刀杆顶端。Climbing up the knife-mountain is a traditional performance of this festival.On this day,Lisu people dress up to watch thewarriors'performances.Inthe centre ofthefield,two orthree 20-meter-long thickwoodenpolesare erected(竖立),eachtiedwith36 steel knives.With bare(裸露的)hands and feet,the warriors climbupto thetopof thepole stepbystep.People all cheer and applaud(鼓掌).
