摘  要:为了研究发动机缸体缸盖的温度场分布情况,基于双向流固耦合方法对某小排量汽油机进行温度场仿真分析,通过各位置热流量统计对比的方式计算出换热修正系数,再得出缸体缸盖温度场的仿真结果。将仿真结果与试验测试结果进行对比,缸盖测点最大误差率为4.9%,最小误差为0.1%;缸体测点最大误差率为4.2%,最小误差率为0.1%。说明通过修正换热边界得到的仿真结果与试验结果非常接近,可被应用于发动机缸体缸盖的开发领域。In order to study the temperature field distribution of the engine cylinder block and cylinder head, the temperature field of a small displacement gasoline engine is simulated and analyzed based on the bidirectional fluid-structure coupling method. The heat transfer correction coefficient is calculated through the statistical comparison of the heat flow at each position, and then the simulation results of the temperature field of the cylinder block and cylinder head are obtained. Comparing the simulation results with the test results, the maximum error rate of the cylinder head measuring point is 4. 9%, and the minimum error is 0. 1%. The maximum error rate of cylinder block measuring points is 4. 2%, and the minimum error rate is 0. 1%. It shows that the simulation results obtained by modifying the heat transfer boundary are very close to the test results, and can be applied to the development field of engine cylinder block and head.
