摘 要:某船用应急柴油发电机组在进行某次试验时,发生高弹性联轴器撕裂故障。为找出故障原因,杜绝故障重复发生,对可能导致高弹联轴器损坏的选型、制造质量、对中超差、柴油机转速波动大等问题进行逐一排查。结果表明:发生故障的原因是由于调速器调整不当使参数偏离调速稳定区域,引发了柴油机高频转速波动大的异常,最终导致高弹性联轴器撕裂故障。During a test of a marine emergency diesel generator set, a high elastic coupling tear failure occurred. In order to find out the cause of the failure and prevent the recurrence of the failure, the problems such as the type selection, the quality of the coupling,the out-of-tolerance of the alignment, and the large fluctuation of the diesel engine speed that may cause the damage of the high elastic coupling are checked one by one. The results show that the cause of the failure is that the parameters deviate from the stable speed regulation region due to improper adjustment of the governor, which leads to the abnormal high frequency speed fluctuation of the diesel engine, and finally leads to the tear failure of the high elastic coupling.
